This not-to-miss gastro event is inspired by the summer seaside nights of Baja Mexico. Hosted in collaboration with Gallo Wine and Spirits and the Johnson Brothers, The Roast, is a 3 hour transformative cocktail hour and dinner party experience. Chef Daniel Aria’s menu will take us on a journey through fire.
