Laguna Pool House & Kitchen is bringing a Polynesian vibe to the restaurant with "Pool House Social Club." Expect tiki cocktails and custom pupu platters created by vegas's finest chefs and mixologists.

Our Guest Bartender is Erik Barajas. Erik is one of the mad scientists behind the bar at Sparrow + Wolf. He’ll be featuring three signature cocktail at the event.

Chef Luke invited Chef Catherine Carlucci, Istorya, to be the Guest Chef of August's Pool House Social Club. As guest chef, Cat will be creating a custom pupu platter consisting of five dishes.

WHO'S CHEF CAT?
Chef Catherine Carlucci has 10+ years of experience in the culinary world, making her mark on cities like Napa, Oakland, and Las Vegas. With her extensive knowledge and culinary skill set, Carlucci established herself as a key figure in the California pop-up scene, where she tapped into her love for Filipino cuisine. She then took her abilities to Momofuku Las Vegas, where she served as the Executive Sous Chef. Currently, Carlucci is the Executive Chef of Istorya, a Las Vegas-based pop-up restaurant that explores Philippine cuisine through storytelling. Their first dinner series focused on serving foods inspired by Pre-Colonial Philippines. Istorya recently won 2023 Best Pop-Up Restaurant by the Las Vegas Weekly.

Pool House Social Club is every third Thursday of the month but you can only get Chef Cat's PuPu Platter for one night only! Pre-reserve your platter before they sell out! Guests will have option to order from the regular Laguna menu upon arrival.
