Nothing says BBQ like an ice cold cocktail and chicken wings. So we brought the best of a few different worlds by taking over the kitchen of Hang 10 BBQ, the inside and patio of PRESS next door and serving up something you wont forget.

Chef Justin O'Neill (Bookoo Chef/US Foods/Spiceology) is an absolute wing nerd and is offering cocktail infused wings
Roman Harner (Volstead Act) will be making cocktail pairings

Each course will be served with a Drumette and a Flat as well Cocktail pairing (12 Wings total)
1. 2 Mango Habanero Margarita Wings with ice cold Margarita pairing
2. 2 Bloody Mary Wings with a fresh Bloody Mary pairing
3. 2 Hawaiian Huli Huli Wings with a Mai Tai pairing
4. 2 Korean Sticky Wings with a Soju Bomb pairing
5. 2 Lemon Pepper Buffalo Wings with a Pink Peppercorn Lemon Drop pairing
6. 2 Nashville Hot Wings with a Tennessee Whiskey Pickle Back pairing
