Course 1: Table Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce with a creamy, tangy dressing infused with garlic, anchovies, and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Watch as the salad is masterfully crafted before your very eyes, with each ingredient carefully selected for the ultimate harmony of taste and texture.

Course 2: Tableside Fresh Pasta made in Wheel of Parmesan
Prepare for a giant wheel of 24 month aged Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese presented to you table-side. Fresh, al dente pasta for 4 will be tossed in the hollowed-out wheel, absorbing the flavors and aromas of the nutty, buttery cheese, creating a creamy, velvety masterpiece that is as visually stunning as it is delicious.

Course 3: Tableside Tiramisu Crème Brûlée
