This not-to-miss gastro event is inspired by the summer seaside nights of Baja Mexico. The Roast, is a 3 hour transformative cocktail hour and dinner party experience. Chef Daniel Aria’s menu will take us on a journey through fire.

"THE ROAST" MENU
1.Chicharrones – truffle seasoning and morita chile seasoning
2.Avocado+beans+porkbelly – 3 types beans and avocado puree topped with crispy porkbelly with a side of fried bread.
3.Autum Kale salad- tender Tuscan kale,fennel,drunken goat cheese,pink lady apples, creamy citrus dressing
4.Fairytale pumpkin soup- roasted pumpkin soup, roasted chesnuts, truffle espuma , balsamic reduction,salty pepitas
5.Those carrots! – roasted baby carrots habanero agave glaze topped with queso de casa and chile morita sauce
6.Russian potatoes- crispy potatoes with spicy mayo and salsa guajillo
7.Lamb shoulder barbacoa- roasted lamb leg in banana leafs dressed with guajillo adobo
8.El protagonist- whole suckling pig with citrus mojo sauce
