Clover has been one of Spokane's top rated fine dining restaurants for years. Seasonal ingredients and putting our twists on modern american cuisine... however we LOVE sushi.

So, Merry Christmas: We are putting together a one night only Unagi sushi roll with leek nori, Thai basil, tempura fried enoki mushrooms, piquillo pepper & a sansho pepper ash that will be served with Asian-infused pickled deviled eggs, pomegranate ponzu roe and fried wontons on bok choy spoons.
