Mariana Alvarado in partnership with Masazul & Honest Hospitality Team presents "An Exploration Of Heirloom Corn" at Vegas Test Kitchen.

A romantic expression of pre-Hispanic Mexican cuisine, Chef Mariana focuses on Mexican regional heirloom corn varietals and a traditional nixtamalization process.

Seen through the lens of a contemporary chef, Masazul marries her families' flavor profiles and preparations with local product and sensibilities of the modern guest. Inspired by her native country and upbringing in a small town outside of Mexico City, Chef Mariana yearns to share the spirit and variety of her cuisine with our guests in a high-energy community environment.
