Our new Chef Kadra's favorite thing to cook when it's cold out is the popular Vietnamese soup Phó. Our team thought it would fun to give it an old fashioned North Hill spin and turn it into delicious hearty pub food. We will be packing an extra large flour tortilla with seasoned tri-tip, rice noodles, fresh basil, onion, hoisin, sriracha, cilantro, and jalapenos. It will be Served with a side of 72 hour Phó bone broth, a lime, and our lemongrass compound for dipping and (let's be honest) sipping.
