We are shipping in a 13lb Raclette wheel from Switzerland and serving it table-side, heated and scraped live at your table - cascading over a heaping plate of Spiceology's chimichurri seasoned flank steak, steamed fingerling potatoes, granny smith apples, broccolini and sourdough bread with enough cheese to please.
