WHAT IS VEGAS TEST KITCHEN?
Located in Downtown Las Vegas, The Vegas Test Kitchen is a culinary incubator that opened during the pandemic. Over the last two and a half years over 60 chefs have used their kitchen to test concepts, get consumer feedback and create community engagement as they build their brands.
WHO'S IN THE KITCHEN?
Through April, Vegas Test Kitchen has six resident chefs testing their concepts. Every Sunday in April, one chef from VTK will be popping up at The Stirling Club Pool from 6-8pm. **PRE-ORDERS ONLY!! Show your support and give feedback. Hopefully you'll visit VTK for more!
4/2- STAY TUNED BURGERS by Bobby Meade. Stay Tuned is hyper focused on serving the best smash burger in Vegas.
4/16
- DOWN 2 EARTH PLANT BASED CUISINE by Chef Stephen Parker. Chef Parker is known for his vegan menu. He has many strength from vegan pizza to delicious sandwiches and mac and cheese.
- JAWAGOGI'S by Chef Stephen Lee. Chef Lee has a long career as a chef in Vegas. His last four years was at Esther's Kitchen. JAWGOGI'S is American Asian cuisine.
4/23- AREPAHEADS by Chef Joe Cervantes. Joe spent his time a pastry chef at prestigious restaurants including Joel Robuchon and Smith and Wollensky before starting his own business.
4/30 - SOLAMENTE PIZZA by Ethan Spiezer. Solamente Pizza is a naturally leavened pizza. This is a fluffy style of pizza.
Every Sunday - POPNPIES by Chef Andrea McLean. Andrea also former employee of Joel Robuchon started her new adventure by selling pies on instagram during the shut down. She's on her way to great things.
