Secret Burger's shawarma burger comes to light by offering the best of two worlds: First we start with the shawarma itself, a masterful stack of Mediterranean seasoned beef or chicken, slowly cooked to perfection in a vertical rotisserie. As it cooks, Mirak of Skewers Food Truck will be thinly shaving off the heavenly results. Traditionally this would be put into a wrap style handheld and served with Mediterranean condiments. Here, we break tradition.

The shawarma at this point gets handed off to Michael Wiley of Prohibition Gastropub and used as the base ingredient to a phenomenal fusion burger. Brioche bun, Mediterranean garlic aioli, shawarma, Tillamook cheddar, candied bacon, pickled red onion, and house made bbq sauce. There also will be add on twists on Mediterranean fries, tossed with fresh garlic, Parmesan, and Armenian seasonings as well as the drunken brownie featuring a moist and delicious chocolate brownie served with Armenian brandy caramel and filo crumble and one night only cocktail specials.
