Chef Joe is taking love of lamb and giving it the full Japanese treatment. Serving it like a popular Pork Chashu with a Champloo BBQ Glaze, kewpie cabbage slaw, Sasquatch mushroom furikake, scallion all inside an oversized milk bread bao bun steamed in house with our double deck 24" bamboo steamer.
Your ticket will include Okonomiyaki style tater tots and a Miso & mushroom soup that chef said will be great for sipping or dipping (French Dip Style!) If you haven't been to Hogwash, their standard cocktail list will be available including a rare variety of Japanese Whiskey for those really wanting to make a night of it!
