Laguna Pool House & Kitchen is bringing a Polynesian vibe to the restaurant with "Laguna Pool House Social Club" every third Thursday of the month. You can expect tiki cocktails and custom PuPu platters created by vegas's finest chefs and mixologists.

September's Guest Chef is James Trees.
While Las Vegas loves James Trees' Italian food, few here know that he's explored many other cuisines in his career. One of them is actually Indonesian, which he cooked at a short-lived (but critically praised) restaurant in Los Angeles called The Hutchinson. For this pop-up, Chef James thought it would be fun to revive those dishes and share a rich cuisine that doesn't get enough attention these days!

In addition to Chef James, let’s welcome our guest mixologist, Jonah Gibbs from Esther's Kitchen. Jonah is creating three specialty Tiki cocktails for the special evening.
