Secret Burger is back... and in a big way. Chef Jordan Obeymeyer who has become notorious for his pop ups is making his exit from Spokane and wanting to throw on last hurrah. That means teaming up with Chef Shaun Ratty and the fine people over at Lumberbeard to go all out ONE NIGHT ONLY.

Join us for 5 incredible courses using creative avian takes, obscure ingredients and molecular gastronomy. Luckily, Lumberbeard is offering their bodacious beers for each pairing.

Course 1: Chicken N Waffles
Cornbread cake, ice cream and chorizo chili crunch paired with Nuggets Hazy IPA

Course 2: Oyster Shmaltzafeller
Oyster, shmaltz spent grain, pangrattato and caviar paired with a Helles Lager

Course 3: Egg Salad
Curried Egg, crudite salad paired with a French Saison

Course 4: Quail Ballontine
Quail, Merguez mousse, black cherry mostarda, peaches and peppercorn cream paired with a Doppelbock German Lager

Course 5: Chocolate Tart
Chocolate Tart, coconut, cherry and foie gras paired with a double black daylight imperial stout
