I've seen chicken and waffles pop up frequently on menus and always thought we would do an amazing version at Cochinito. We don't have waffle maker... until I realized we could just use our super famous churros. So one time only for secret burger... The perfect sweet and spicy snack.

Fried airline breast of chicken tossed in hazelnut Macha butter sauce, chile maple glaze, churros, brussels sprout and radiccio slaw.
