Chef Scientist Dusty at Nordic Smoke will be putting over 40 pounds of brisket in a 10-day brine packed with spices, slow smoking it for 12 hours and the team at Fizzie Mulligans have ordered in Bread, Swiss cheese and Kraut from the exact same vendors Katz uses in New York.

Your sandwich will have nearly 3/4 of a lb of thick cut pastrami and you will have two of Katz Deli's most popular sandwich choices for how you want to dress it up. With Swiss and Spicy Brown Mustard or Reuben style with Swiss, Kraut and Russian dressing. Just let your server know while ordering! Also as an extra bonus, while you wait for your sandwich, we will bring your group a vat of Nordic Smoke's famous brisket queso that uses all the drippings to snack on with tortilla chips!
