My upbringing in a strong Italian family was always filled with large family dinners. Whenever I’m able to get back to those days by preparing dishes I grew up on I can’t help but jump on the opportunity. DW Bistro has given me an outlet to make fresh pasta every day and I wanted to make something that brought those two worlds together, past and present.

Layers of our fresh Pasta, Bechamel, Veal Bolognese and Porcini. San Marzano Tomatoes and Parmigiana Reggiano bring this dish together.
