Flight of 3 Proseccos from Borgoluce each paired with North Italian cheese. Along with this special pairing we have Alessandro Samogin, International Marketing Manager to talk about wine and how special the property is. Alessandro was born in the castle at the property which is an estate that has been in the Collato family since the 900's. His wife Elisa, is also the winemaker.

Also on hand will be Michael Stamm owner and curator of MGP Specialty Food and Cured & Whey. Michael is an importer a local importer of specialty meat and cheese and will be available to speak in detail on our selections.
