All things Nawlins & Louisiana are special to me! When I first moved to the USA, I lived and worked in nearby Biloxi, Mississippi. The cuisine, ingredients, and passion of the local chefs inspired me and led me to indulge in everything the Big Easy had to offer! Oh yeah, I also got to meet Elizabeth for the first time in Nawlins!
My Cheesy Crawfish Etouffee is a special take on Nawlins with beer-boiled crawfish, fried green tomatoes on an onion loaf. Wash it all down with a Biloxi Blonde Ale.
