For our first of many SecretBurger events, we are choosing to do a high-end twist on a Mexican Torta. We needed an excuse to get some foie gras in the fridge and this was the perfect outlet.
We will be featuring red wine and Guajillo chile braised short ribs, a Mezcal cured torchon of foie gras, huitlacoche (corn truffle) aioli, butter lettuce and smoked tomato gel on a house made Telera roll. Totally over the top, totally delicious and a great excuse to leave the house on a Monday night!
