It's April Fools Day and who doesn't love breakfast for dinner? We are poaching up quail eggs and throwing them atop some chili rubbed pork belly from our friends at Snake Farms. This is where it starts to get fun.... We've been working on a waffle puree and pairing it with pickled blueberry syrup and candied hazelnuts. This is the perfect pairing for the brunch-goer who always has a hard time picking between sweet and savory.
