Incidentally known as “American Chopsuey” in India, Indian Chopsuey is one of Chef Hemant’s favorite childhood dishes. It’s a very comforting dish that hits the spot every single time. It’s an Indo-Chinese dish consisting of a Bowl of Crispy Fried Noodles, Chilli-Garlic Gravy, Grilled Shrimp & Sirloin, Charred Baby Bok choy and a Sunny-side Up! Chefmaster (now closed) was the restaurant in Hemant’s hometown where he fell in love with this dish (in the 90s)

I'll be serving the “American Chopsuey” at The Goodwich in Downtown Las Vegas. It's going to be a party so don't miss out!
