Our talented Chef and pastry Chef have created a Japanese savory and sweet mirror. Come enjoy one savory and one sweet dish that would look exactly the same but will be made with different ingredients. The plate will be made of a sushi, maki roll, skewer, sashimi, edible chopstiks and adapted sauce.

For our first dish, we wanted to highlight the Japanese influence that our Chefs use in their creations on a daily basis at Partage. Those influences come from their different experiences in Michelin Star restaurants in France.

Both Chefs have learned their skills in the same Michelin star restaurants in France and have been working together for 12 years. They gave themselves a challenge to create one dish that would look exactly the same but with different techniques and different ingredients to showcase their creativity and imagination.
