Our Head and Executive Sous Chef collaborated on creating the Bao Bao Baby.

It's an elevated take on the classic Chinese Gua Bao.

This version features braised ibérico pork belly, peanut and cilantro crumble, quail eggs, sea urchin and pickled micro-vegetables served on a house-made crispy bao bun.
