I might run a sandwich shop but anyone that knows me is well aware of my obsession with Sushi. I eat it at least once a week and I figured for Secret Burger, why not combine them. I'm making sake sushi rice and nori "bun" and filling it with carrot, cucumber and spicy crab salad, topped with a thick layer of ahi tuna, avocado, sriracha mayo and eel sauce. And because you can't eat a sandwich without chips I'll be serving it with Flamin' Hot Cheetos edamame. Good luck using chopsticks with this bad boy!
I'm also extending my standard hours to 6pm for the night, so those who can't make lunch can swing by after work!
