The ancient city of Jerusalem is not only the birthplace of all religions but the birthplace of the mother of all desserts, Kenafeh. Sold street side in the ancient desert city now we have brought it to our desert!

It has a crispy outside with a hot creme Brulé like filling on the inside. At Rolled Ice Cream we are topping it with our newest creation our handmade pistachio roll that is only available with the Kanafeh.

It was my favorite dish growing up. My mom would make it for me, and I loved it so much I want to share it with Las Vegas.
