We were inspired by our sister restaurants in Vancouver to create a twist on a classic Canadian dish and we thought it would be fun to bring brunch into the mix, hence the Duck Poutine was born.
This one is a labor of love with 4 hours of confit action, roasting the potatoes with fresh herbs & garlic and then crushing and frying them for those crispy edges, and charring first-of-the-season ramps over apricot wood for a smoky, campfire feel. Oh!
And while we’re known for our Bloody Mary Bar, we now believe no poutine should be served without a Spicy Bacon Caesar. Eh?
