It’s traditional vs modern at The Gramercy as Pinches Tacos, and DW Bistro competes for the title of “Best Chilaquiles.”
Enjoy a traditional take on the classic with a family recipe from Pinches Javier Anaya and the updated “fusion” take from DW Bistro’s Bryce Krausman, with cocktails to match.
DW Bistro:
White Corn Tortilla, Shredded Chicken, Lime Crema, and Avocado Tomatillo Salsa topped with a Poached Egg, Queso Fresco, and Jalapeno Bacon.
Served with DW Signature Cocktail

Tortilla Chips Sauteed with Eggs, Red Salsa, Oaxacan Cheese, Onions, and Cilantro and Topped with Sour Cream, Guacamole, and Chorizo.
