At Holsteins, located inside the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, we are known for our burgers. However, this burger is Off-The-Menu.

We were feeling a little cheesy and decided to prepare a one time only Fondue Burger exclusive for SecretBurger.

Two quarter pound grass-fed beef patties, bread and butter pickles, shallots, chive aioli, house-made kettle chips, and topped with cheese sauce.
