Our dining experience is rooted in our upbringing and Heritage, showcasing our individual styles and interpretations of the taste memories that shaped us early on as Chefs.

Being a Chef Couple means constant dialogue about Food and Beverage. It's what brought us together and what helps keep us together. We love entertaining friends and family in our home, creating dishes and sharing the kitchen. And although we have similar styles and flavor profiles we come from different places of inspiration. It is those places that we want to explore and share with you together but as individuals.

Jen Murphy is the Executive Chef of Hell's Kitchen at Caesars Palace. She has worked for the best chefs in Las Vegas and grew up in Southern California watching her mom prepare traditional Vietnamese Cuisine in her kitchen.

"Some people are surprised when they find out that I am half Vietnamese. My Moms food is what sparked my interest in cooking. Ironically, throughout my career I have never had the opportunity to cook or showcase my favorite cuisine. I want to utilize this platform to do a fresh take on the dishes that I love. At “A Family Affair”, I will be featuring the flavors I grew up with presented in a very unique way."

Roy Ellamar operates the Seasonal New American restaurant Harvest by Roy Ellamar at Bellagio. There he treats his guests to dishes created with the best ingredients from regional and local farms with subtle nods to his Island homeland of Hawaii.
In this dinner "A Family Affair" Chef Roy, along with his son Tayden - Executive Sous Chef at Joel Robuchon, will breathe new air into the iconic dishes that first inspired them.
