Escape into the alley between Vegas Test Kitchen and Fergusons Downtown and enter New Orleans. We are transforming the alley with carnival colors, beads, jazz, and all the touches to make you feel like you're from the Big Easy! We may not be able to parade down Fremont Street or Bourbon Street but we can bring you the flavors and ambiance that make New Orleans unique.

Three local chefs unite to bring you farm-to-table southern classics with a twist of divine elegance. Using fresh, locally, and ethically sourced ingredients from local vendors-- combined with a few homemade spice blends-- we are committed to treating your inner southern spirit!
