Chef Makini and her team are back to celebrate Mardi Gras at Vegas Test Kitchen.
We may not be able to parade down Fremont Street or Bourbon Street but we can bring you the flavors and ambiance that make New Orleans unique.

Three local chefs unite to bring you farm-to-table southern classics with a twist of divine elegance. Using fresh, locally, and ethically sourced ingredients from local vendors.

A southern take on a salmon patty filled with a creole profile of spices and herbs.
* Creole Jambalaya
An American Creole and Cajun rice dish of French, African, and Spanish influence, consisting of shrimp, sausage, and chicken mixed with Cajun seasoned rice. Served with a fried egg.
* Fat Tuesday Bread Pudding
Served with a Bananas Foster sauce and fresh Chantilly cream.
